They have all the regulars like pulled pork, chicken, brisket, ribs, etc. There are also other items like catfish, frog legs, wings, etc. but I wanted to try the smoked meat. I decide on the pulled pork and it was good. A little heavy on the smoke but the meat was done properly with both meat and bark. I had original sauce on the side and it was also good. The potato salad and baked beans were the two sides chosen with the platter and they didn't disappoint. I will definitely come back and try the pork ribs and brisket.July 08, 2016
